Menus and Pricing

   Your clambake will be served buffet style on heavy stock paper plates for parties 26 people or more.  25 and fewer people is a delivery.  If you would prefer a deliver for more than 25 people we can accommodate that as well. We provide all the utensils you need, napkins, wet-naps, salt and pepper, lobster bibs, lobster crackers and chowder crackers.  As we help clear your guest’s tables we discard all clambake trash in our barrels and bags which we provide, and we’ll take them away with us.

11 and higher clambakes…………………65 per person

Scratch made strawberry shortcake with home made whipped cream, $10.50 per person.

Traditional Pit-Style Clambake

This would include the Shore Bake menu with a 50 person minimum and 65 per person plus tax and gratuity. There is a $400 fee to dig the pit, set the rocks and build the fire.  This is about a 4 hour process and worth it.

Raw Bar…….A perfect starter to your clambake with 2 pieces each of shucked oysters, shrimp cocktail and cherry stones.  We provide homemade cocktail sauce and lemons.

Lobster Roll………All the others are just imitators.  We make the “World’s” best lobster roll, lightly toasted in butter with a pinch of salt and pepper.  Add this to your menu or cut in half for hors d’oeuvres.  At 28 this

Ritchie’s Stuffed Quahog…….Our old friend and chef Ritchie made, hands down, the best stuffed quahog.  Stuffed with clams, chorizo and sausage we add bread crumbs, onion and green pepper.  You’ll be “clambering”for more………..9
Smoked Bluefish pate’…………Served with toasted French baguette squares you’ll eat your fingers.  Serves 10 people……..45
Charcuterie Board………Delicate slices of prosciutto, genoa salami, assorted marinated olives (pitted), grapes, cheeses, roasted garlic and tomato spread.  French Baguette squares.  Platter for 20 ppl………….125
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations within 7days you will be charged full price unless we can re-book your date.  Deposits will be forfeited regardless of re-booking. Prices subject to change.
